Duties

The appointee will mainly administer and coordinate the development of courses and programmes offered by the School, liaise with partners of the School, handle student related administrative duties, provide secretarial support to committees, assist in the promotion of programmes and courses, organize events hosted by the School and the Institute of International Business and Governance (IIBG), support the operation of IIBG and to perform any other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

Applicants should have a recognized degree with at least 2 years’ of relevant post-qualification experience. They should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua. 

Terms of Appointment

Successful candidate will be appointed on a full-time fixed term contract. Fringe benefits will include annual leave, medical & dental benefits, life insurance coverage and gratuity, where applicable.
