KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

  • Support the preparation of appeals and marketing campaigns, including research the relevant materials from the centralized content hub and prepare for the draft materials
  • Coordinate with external suppliers on production of marketing materials
  • Support donor acquisition campaigns through tele-marketing
  • Responsible for fundraising related administration work and reporting
  • Assist with basic digital marketing activities and social media campaigns for soliciting donors’ support, which include photo or video editing
  • Manage part time team to solicit child sponsorship donors at events
  • Assist with other responsibilities within the fundraising team as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years relevant working experiences
  • Diploma or degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
  • Good with numbers to handle reports 
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English
  • Capable to prioritize tasks and adapt to sudden changes of work requirement, such as putting up an appeal within 48 hours during onset of emergencies / large scale disasters
  • Detailed minded and strong organization and communication skills
  • Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks independently and be a team player
  • Lots of initiatives and with a can-do and adaptable attitude
  • Basic knowledge of graphic software and photography
  • Strong passion to work in NGO sector
