Project Assistant

Responsilbilities 

1. Handle clients' enquiries in a timely and professional manner
2. Assist in marketing and promotion campaigns
3. Work towards timelines and priorities set by the Project Executive to ensure all projects are executed on time and to the highest standards
4. Liaise with suppliers, venue staff and production companies
5. Support events from pre-event logistics, on-site management to post-event reporting
6. Provide general administrative support
7. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

1. Tertiary education or other equivalent
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
3. Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
4. Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as Chinese word processing
5. Experience in event management will be a definite advantage
6. Proactive with an enthusiastic approach to work
7. Detail-oriented and highly organized
