(Working location: Yuen Long; 6 working days per week)

Responsibilities:
- Control and maintain accurate data in various data base
- 控制及維持各系統資料準確
- Prepare regular Production reports and update related documents
- 定期準備生產報告及更新相關文件
- Update Production labor information on overtime work, leave, etc.
- 更新生產部員工出勤, 假期及加班等的紀錄
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce work safety practices
- 保持一個安全的工作環境和加強實踐安全工作
- Maintain high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in all Production areas
- 保持生產部高標準的衛生和整潔環境
- Recommend processing improvements
- 提供改善工作流程意見
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- 中五程度或以上
- 1 yearclerical work experience
- 一年文書處理工作經驗
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- 具良好的中英文溝通技巧
- Proficient PC skills, especially in MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
- 良好的電腦操作技巧, 懂MS Excel, Word, 懂中文打字
- Knowledge in SAP preferable
- 懂SAP優先考慮
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
