為配合客戶業務需要，香港電訊專業客服現正招聘上述職位。
職務︰
直接與客戶溝通﹐處理客戶電話、電郵查詢及投訴提供優質客戶服務，具良好電話對答技巧向直屬主管提供即時反饋﹐以提高服務質素完成上級分配的指定工作
職位要求︰
中五或以上程度1年或以上客戶服務經驗﹐具客服中心工作經驗優先考慮熟悉MS Excel﹐MS Word及中文打字良好讀寫中文及英語﹐操流利廣東話及英語, 良好普通話優先需輪班工作 (包括公眾假期)歡迎應屆畢業生及無工作經驗者申請，即時上班者優先
