Administration Clerk 行政文員 // Location :  鰂魚涌 (近地鐵站) // E-Mail : job@allmarket.com.hk // Job Description : 

  • 接聽電話,處理信件及協助同事準備客戶會面文件等等
  • 管理公司的社交平台 (如 Facebook .. etc ) 
  • 使用 Photoshop 或  Illustrator 設計軟件製作簡單的圖片
  • 支援公司內部各部門一般的行政運作  

Responsibilities :

  • 證書 / 文憑 課程或以上程度
  • 最少 1 -2 年相關以上的文職工作經驗 ( 主要有"管理公司的社交平台"&"設計軟件應用經驗")
  • 中文及英文書寫能力及溝通能力、預科程度或以上
  • 懂中英文輸入法及良好的 Photoshop 或  Illustrator 設計軟件操作
  • 熱情主動、性格開朗、願意學習新事物
  • 可立即上班優先考慮工作時間及福利: 星期一至五 : 09:15am - 18:00pm  銀行假期 , 醫療福利 , 年假12天 , Salary : 13K - 15K (視乎是否有以上相關經驗)
