Job Description
Our Client, a well-known customer service provider is looking for Customer Service Specialist to join their team.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries
- Provide quality service to our clients
- Record the calls’ record promptly and accurately
- Handle customers' complaints in a professional manner
Job Requirements
- HKCEE or HKDSE with pass in English
- 1 year working experience in customer Service industry is an advantage
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal skills
Salary
- $15,500 – $25,000 (depends on working experience)
