Job Description

Our Client, a well-known customer service provider is looking for Customer Service Specialist to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries
  • Provide quality service to our clients
  • Record the calls’ record promptly and accurately
  • Handle customers' complaints in a professional manner


Job Requirements

  • HKCEE or HKDSE with pass in English
  • 1 year working experience in customer Service industry is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal skills



  • $15,500 – $25,000 (depends on working experience)



  • On the job training
  • 5 days work week
  • 14 days paid annual leave
  • Monthly allowance and performance incentive
  • Medical Coverage
