Our Client, a well respected telecommunications service provider is looking for Member Services Executives in Airline Industry to join their team on a permanent contract.我們的客戶為知名的電訊服務供應商, 正招募全職客戶服務主任處理航空事務。

Job Responsibilities:

-Provide outstanding customer service to program members in order to meet customer's needs了解顧客要求, 並提供優質會員服務

-Provide fare quotations, reserving flights and answering general enquiries處理有關機票的行程和預訂,包括航班預約和改位等查詢

-Identify Member's needs and provide appropriate solutions負責接聽會員專線, 解答相關問題和提供解決方案

-Handle complaints and enquiries解答顧客的查詢和投訴

Job Requirements

-Good Command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin操良好普通話和英語

-Good communication and listening skills良好的溝通和聆聽能力

-Problem solving善於解答疑難

-Knowledge of airline industry, product and services is an advantages地勤, 商場客戶服務, 酒店等, 具有客戶服務主任經驗優先

-Candidates with more experience will be considered as a Team Lead具有更多經驗的候選人將被視為團隊主管

-Fresh Graduates will also be considered歡迎畢業生

Package

-Salary Range $15000-$20000月薪$15000 - $20000

-45 Working hours a week (On Shift)一星期工作45小時 (需輪班)
