工作內容:
- 了解顧客要求, 提供優質會員服務
- 協助會員處理一切有關會籍事宜，包括機票行程及酒店預訂
- 接聽及處理客戶來電的查詢及投訴
工作要求:
- 中五或以上程度
- 具良好中英文溝通能力 (薪金視乎個人英文程度作調整)
- 具良好服務態度及應對技巧
- 有耐性、性格開朗、主動積極、適應能力強
- 韓語程度六级或以上/日語程度N2或以上可獲額外津貼
- 歡迎畢業生申請

上班時間: 輪班每天工作8.5小時
