Key responsibilities• Provide full range of support to CEO and Business Development & Marketing Teams;• Prepare business presentations and investor relations materials for internal and external clients;• Follow up new business opportunities via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings;• Communicate new product developments to prospective clients;• Monitor potential leads, kpi targets, marketing campaigns and sales opportunities;• Support customer service and related activities;• Handle travel arrangements include flights, events/tickets and accommodation;• Assist in ad-hoc projects related to Sales, Business Development and Marketing as assigned;• Travel to conferences, business meetings, and industry events is sometimes required 

Required skills

• University graduate in Communications, Marketing or Business-related disciplines;• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is highly preferred;• Good command of written and spoken English;• Creative talents with strong communication and presentation skills;• Proficient in MS Office (in particular, PowerPoint and other applications);• Pleasant, well organized, detail oriented, self-motivated and with strong sense of responsibility;• The ability to handle pressure and prioritise
