Job Descriptions: 

 1. Perform purchasing duties and provide clerical support to the Purchasing Department. 

2. Help monitor the inventory and ensure optimal inventory level. 

3. Maintain proper filing system and handle correspondence independently. 

4. Prepare reports (e.g. purchase order, shipments, complaints etc). 

5. perform other related duties as reasonably assigned.  

 Job Requirements: 

 Min. 1 year experience in field that is related to purchasing work.  

(Fresh graduate will also be considered)  

1. HKALE English in D Grade or HKDSE English in Level 4. 

2. Good spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin). 

3. Proficient in MS Office. 

4. Ability to work with others and skill in effective communication. 

5. Skill in mathematical computation. 

6. Ability to read, write and comprehend material related to purchase. 

7. Ability to learn company policies and rules, as well as prevailing regulations relating to suppliers and sales of goods in Hong Kong. 

8. Ability to purchase products in a cost effective manner and to perform related follow up to expedite purchase. 

9. Well organized and attentive to details, Responsible and be a good team member
