 Responsibilities:  

  • Price negotiation, cost, comparison & analysis 
  • Manage order forecast and inventory control 
  • Monitor suppliers to ensure delivery are made in timely manner 
  • Update orders and shipments information for CS Department 
  • Process and follow up of purchase order 
  • Source new supplier for existing or new item as instructed 
  • Monitor performance of suppliers to make sure all supplies are delivered in timely, accurate an equality manner 
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure on time delivery of materials and accessories; 

  Requirement:  

  • Diploma holder or above qualification with min. 1 year of working experience in purchasing /procurement fields 
  • Experience in manufacturing plant  
  • Initiative, energetic, well organized with good interpersonal & problem solving skills 
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Basic knowledge in logistics stock control & costing 
  • Experience in ERP system and strong in Microsoft word and excel etc 
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese 

5.5 working days - Alternative Saturday
