· Work closely with the Director to understand the hiring requirements and source for suitable candidates through appropriate recruitment platforms.
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process which include the sourcing of candidates, facilitation of interviews, conducting interview with Hiring Managers, preparation of salary proposal and making job offer to candidates and as well as administering the contract signing for offered candidates.
· Build and maintain a passive pool of strong candidates by constantly looking and tapping on various source of recruitment channels.
· Constantly engage key stakeholders to ensure that recruitment KPIs are delivered promptly and efficiently.
· Manage the various social medial platform and sites to attract and hire talents
· Review current processes, identify gaps and propose recommendations to streamline workflows.
· Provide ad-hoc reports for Leadership meetings
· Associate/ Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Management or equivalent with around 7+ years of recruitment agency or in-house recruiter with strong experience in recruitment.
· Proven track record in hiring Sales and Leadership roles.
· Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process.
· Proactive and able to work independently and yet team-oriented player in delivery results.
· Highly adaptable, with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
