Responsibilities
- Plan, administer and review production line activities to maximize efficiency, optimize manpower and resource use, control cost and maintain quality and quantity standard
- Ensure production operations are performed in accordance with statutory regulations and company guidelines
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the daily management of hygiene quality standard and system
- React to and resolve ad hoc issues arising in production, packaging and factory operation
- Prepare reports on production capacity and performance for management review
- Continuous improvement on production processes
- Assist in new product development
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Production / Food Science / Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines
- 2 years relevant experience in food industry is preferable
- Self-motivated, independent and well-organized with strong communication skill
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
