工作職責:—通過電話、郵件、WhatsApp等方式為客戶解答相關諮詢;—記錄、維護客戶數據, 及時跟進客戶的需求;—負責客戶的關係維護,提升客戶服務品質;—為客戶提供完整準確的方案及資訊,解決客戶問題,提供高質量服務。入職要求:—有相關工作經驗者優先;—亦歡迎優秀應屆生投遞;—有責任心、耐心和服務意識;—工作認真、有較強的語言表達能力及團隊合作精神;
