 Job Responsibilities 

· Assist Chief Operating Officer in a wide range of projects and initiatives across internal & external communications, digital content & social media 

· Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness and customer satisfaction 

· Liaise with agencies/production houses/vendors to develop and execute corporate campaigns and promotion materials 

· Ensure all communications and materials are of a high quality and in accordance with the Group’s directions 

· Leverage the Group’s healthcare network and maximize brand exposure and increase brand visibility via online network marketing services and mobile apps  

· Assist in creative and copywriting for marketing materials such as social media news feed, banners, images, videos, eDM, mailers etc. 

· Identify cross-promotion opportunities and organize partnership programs to grow business as well as to increase revenue 

· Support ad hoc duties as and when required 

Requirements 

· Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Creative Media or related disciplines with marketing experience, preferably gained in medical or healthcare industries 

· Solid experience in planning and implementing marketing campaigns in both traditional and new media platforms, preferably gained from healthcare industry 

· Excellent project management & problem-solving skills with high integrity & commercial sense 

· Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic environment to meet tight deadlines 

· Strong communications skills in written and spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin) 

· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
