Sales Coordinator / Customer Services (5 days work)

Business: US Electronic Components Trading 

  

Benefit: 5 days work, 9:00am – 6:00pm, double pay, bank holiday, medical insurance, dental insurance, 12 days annual leave etc 

  

Responsibilities: 

· Issue invoices, sales orders, purchase orders etc 

· Monitor order processing and order management for clients in Asia Pacific 

· Monitor shipments status to fulfill the on time shipments  

· Managing incoming calls/emails and after sales service inquiries 

· Co-coordinating with various parties to ensure customers’ requirement are met 

· Other duties as assigned/required 

Requirements/skills:

· Holder of diploma or higher in any disciplines 

· 1-2 years Customer Service/Account Servicing experience, preferably in electronics industry 

· Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese 

· Result-oriented, Positive attitude and attention to details
