Duties:
- Responsible for day-to-day programme administration support for the full-time and part-time programmes, including student recruitment, admission and registration, class scheduling, orientations and graduation ceremony
- Provide counter service and handle student enquiries
- Liaise with academic staff and students on administrative matters
- Provide support for secretarial support to meetings and committees
- Assist in tasks assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or above
- Have at least 2 years of solid working experience (in tertiary education is an advantage)
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
- Ability to work independently and willingness to take up responsibilities are essential
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for Executive Assistant
