Job Descriptions 職位內容:
Communicate with existing and potential suppliers and customers via emails, instant messenger or phone calls
與供應商及客戶聯絡
Assist daily office operation- including order forms, invoices and related documents, answering phone calls and updating sales and products information
負責整理辦公室日常事務,包括接聽電話、整理文件、協助銷售、製作並提供產品資訊
Assist preparing sales reports and analysis
協助整理銷售報表及分析
Job Requirements 職位要求:
HKCEE / DSE or above, tertiary education background preferred but not a must;HKCEE / HKDSE
或以上程度,專上學歷及Business或marketing 相關學科更佳
At least 1 year solid experience in office job;
具最少一年辦公室工作經驗
Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
中英文打字,良好粵語、普通話及英文
Proficiency in PC software, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Chinese word processing
熟悉OFFICE文書操作,包括WORD, EXEL, POWER POINT等
