Job Responsibilities

· Handle full set of accounts, prepare monthly financial reports & relevant schedules 

· Responsible for accounts payable & receivable, general ledger entries, intercompany reconciliation, bank reconciliation and expenses reimbursement 

· Support ad hoc duties as and when required 



· Diploma in Accountancy or above 

· 3 years’ accounting experience, preferably with a minimum of 2 years gained in clinical business 

· Knowledge of FlexAccount an advantage 

· Proficiency in computer skills, in particular Excel 

· Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn 

· Fluency in Mandarin preferred 

· Immediately available is highly preferred 

# The supervisor of this incumbent is an Authorised Supervisor of HKICPA.
