Assistant Merchandiser / Merchandiser (Japanese Firm)

Duties:

• Daily support Supervisor to run company’s merchandising process, including product sampling, development and orders to delivery.
• Prepare & Follow up purchase order (PO) and observe production records.
• Liaise with factories and suppliers for materials arrangement and quality inspection.
• Advise various instruction to internal departments about shipment of import & export orders.
• Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements:

• With 1 year of relevant merchandising experience will be highly preferred.
• Experience in merchandising from a big scale manufacturing company will be a plus.
• Good command in spoken and written Chinese, English and Japanese.
• Holder of JLPT N2 or above.
• Work experience in Japan will be an advantage.
• Higher Diploma holder of Fashion and Textiles or related discipline will be preferred.
• Business travel to Asia Pacific might be required after COVID-19 epidemic.
