Executive Management Trainee (Part-time/university student)

You will take part in MixCare Health’s definitive journey specific in Business Development and Strategy team, from content management to daily
operations essential to keeping the business up and running, clearly mapping out customer journeys and making adjustments which will influence their
spending. You will also have the rare opportunity in getting hands-on experience working in a start-up environment. If you are funny, ambitious and
health conscious, you will be the ideal candidate to join the team! Part-time and university students are welcomed! 

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to BD team 
• Assist in marketing campaigns for our merchants with internal marketing team 
• Content and Data Management - Manage content and support daily operations crucial to the business 
• Creative Writing for our online platform to keep customers engaged 
• Assist in communications; Prepare presentations, documents, memo that are comprehensive and crips, particularly for important communications to company all-hands meetings, critical customers and business partners. 
• Write meeting notes, track actionable items from meetings, and keep the CEOaccountable for commitments, while helping keep others accountable for the result. 
• Opportunity to attend investor and shareholders' meetings  
• Other operational tasks. 

Requirement

Must have

• Education Level (pursuing / obtained) : Bachelor, Higher Diploma / Associate; any subject is welcomed 
• Local or overseas university student are welcomed 
• Fluent in written English and Chinese 
• Available to work at least 2 days per week 
• Work under tight deadlines and have task ownership 

Nice to have
