Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Provide spectrum office administrative and clerical support to the them, including report preparation, filing, data input, etc.
- Provide support on marketing communication
- Work closely with other departments for daily operations, including the administration team, sales team, CS team, finance team
- Receive and process communication channels, including emails, phone calls and physical mail
- Handle ad hoc assignments independently with tight deadlines
Requirements:
- High Diploma holder or above, preferably in Business Administration or equivalent
- Proficiency in PC applications especially Microsoft Office
- Good command of spoken and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proactive, self-motivated, energetic and strong sense of responsibility
- Fresh graduates will also be considered, immediate available or short notice will be an advantage
