銷售代表 Sales Executive

工作職責：

銷售及推廣公司產品(地產系統)

協助舉辦研討會, 跟進及處理客戶查詢

有需要時處理特別項目

工作資歷:

中五或以上程度

1-2年銷售經驗

有地產代理經驗優先

 基本互聯網知識, 懂中文打字

 工作積極主動, 良好表達技巧, 溝通技巧及解決問題技巧

 薪金及福利:

底薪$14,000-$16,000 + 佣金及獎金 (視乎經驗而定)

 星期一至五 10:00-19:00

 星期六日休息, 銀行假期

 Responsibilities:

Promote and Sell Company’s products

 Explore new customers and follow the group sales policy to achieve assigned sales budget

 Assist in the seminars and training classes

 Handle the enquiries, complains and questions from customers

 Maintain and further develop relationships with existing customers

 Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

 Outdoor work is needed

 Requirements:

 F.5 or above

 1-2 year relevant sales experience

 Experience and knowledge in property industry is preferred

 Independent, outgoing personalities, good presentation and communication skills.

 Aggressive, target-oriented, self-motivated, willing to learn, hard working, initiative and responsible

 Ability to work well under pressure

 Good command in Cantonese

 Immediately available is preferred

 Salary & Benefits:

Fixed basic salary $14,000-$16,000 – to be discussed depending on experience and qualification

 High Attractive Commission and Bonus
