Sales and Marketing - Plant-Based Foods

Job Highlights:

We are looking for someone to take on the following responsibilities:
- Manage our social media marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, Website etc.)
- Build integrated long-term growth business plans.
- Develop tactical programs to support both Marketing and Sales objectives.
- Generate unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationships with important clients.

The Successful Applicant To qualify for this position you need to meet the following criteria:
- Experience in Food and/or beverage products is an important criterion.
- Will have extensive experience in the FMCG sector; Food related product experience will be preferred.
- Prior experience with the world's top FMCG companies is highly desirable.
- Should have strong experience in B2C and B2B.
- A Passion for ESG, sustainable products, and plant-based foods would be a real advantage.
- Should have an entrepreneurial spirit and be willing and able to navigate in an ever-changing and developing organization.

Other key criteria:
- Willing to learn more about the plant-based industry.
- Positive, motivated, and driven to excel.
- Practical in problem-solving.
- Willing to hustle and support admin/logistical work when required.
- Self-starter and highly independent.
- Interested in a start-up environment.
- Excellent in speaking and writing in both Cantonese & English.

Salary: $18,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month
