Sales Representative (Call Center-Sales/ Retention Hotlines) (5-day work)

Your role 

Ÿ Handle customer's telephone inquiries and requests in a tactful and timely manner 

Ÿ Perform consultative and proactive selling of company products & services 

Ÿ Establish good customer relationship by offering one-stop-shop service 

  

Working location 

Ÿ Lai Chi Kok (nearby Mei Foo MTR Station) 

Ÿ Shatin (nearby City One Town) 

  

Working hours 

Ÿ 5-day work week including weekends & public holidays 

Ÿ 42.5 hours per week, willing to take up shift duties 

  

To succeed in this role 

Ÿ F.5/ DSE or above with some sales experience. Experienced Candidate with 2 years of sales experience will be considered as Sales Executive 

Ÿ Good command in English and Cantonese  

Ÿ Good telephone manner and service attitude 

Ÿ Good communication and interpersonal skills
