工作內容 :
· 負責日常客戶服務運營和文書工作 (不涉及銷售工作)
· 處理客戶服務查詢, 提供建議及跟進問題
· 在團隊中提供行政支援
· 與內部和外部各方的有效溝通
· 積極學習和掌握最新的相關知識,以協助妥善履行日常職責。


工作要求:
· 中五畢業或以上
· 有 1 - 2 年客戶服務工作經驗優先考慮 (如有: 文職客戶服務經驗為佳)
· 懂得中英文打字及Word / Excel 應用
· 流利廣東話,基本日常溝通的英語及國語
· 性格外向有禮及熱衷客戶服務行業及具責任感
· 每週工作5天(48小時)
