以專業的方式處理查詢並解決客戶的投訴

為客戶提供主動跟進和優質服務

識別客戶需求並提供快速響應

反思客戶反饋並提出產品、系統和日常工作流程方面的服務改進建議

解決問題/跟進客戶詢問電子郵件/WhatsApp/電話

每日監控社交網絡上的客戶反饋

處理查詢和電子郵件、檢索語音郵件並向客戶撥打後續電話

準確記錄所有訂單、查詢和客戶反饋案例協助運營團隊處理訂單

根據指定處理臨時項目

要求:

一年客戶服務及銷售協調相關經驗;

學習速度快,細心,注重細節

自我驅動解決問題並積極主動

精通MS Office應用程序(Excel和Word)和中/英文文字處理;

優秀的客戶服務和溝通技巧

良好的英語、粵語和普通話口語能力。
