Job Description
Responsible to complete routine jobs (eg. quotation, invoicing, data entry, etc.)
Follow up on incoming enquiries and complaints from our customers
Assist and be responsible on other ad hoc issues if necessary.
Job Requirements:
Good telephone manners.
Independent, well-organized & good interpersonal skills.
Attentive to details, responsible, a fast learner and a good team player.
Able to work under pressure
Good spoken and written in English, Chinese & Putonghua.
Proficient in MS office, and Chinese word processing.
