Human Resource and Administration Officer

Responsibilities:

- Handle the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including compensation and benefits, learning and training, policies and performance management

- Handle the full recruitment cycle and employee cycle, including the sourcing, screening, hiring and onboarding process

- Assist day-to-day human resource operations including maintaining staff records, leave records, and attendance records

- Assist and support the admin team for daily admin matters

- Assist in ad hoc duties

Talent Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or other related discipline is preferable

- 2 years or more relevant working experience in the Human Resources Generalist role, potential and passionated candidates with less experience would also be considered 

- Proficiency in MS Office suite and Google suite is a must

- Solid knowledge of the Employment Ordinance and MPF scheme

- Hand-on experience in payroll calculation is a must 

- Experience in using any HRIS would be an advantage

- Proactive attitude with mature interpersonal skills, willing to communicate with other colleagues and customers

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

- Immediately available would definitely be an advantage
