Job Info
Responsibilities:
- Provide full range administrative support to company directors and executives.
- Handle manager’s calendar, including scheduling all appointments, booking and planning.
- Develop good working relationship with external and internal parties
- Handle correspondence telephone calls & emails.
- Assist in preparing management accounting reports and month-end closing
- Assist in Ad hoc tasks and assignments.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in marketing & financial or related education certification
- 1 year of experience working in sizable corporate for Admin, Finance or HR related duties.
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, including mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Smart, mature, organized with pleasant personality
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
