Senior Accounting Clerk / Accounting Clerk

Work location: 137 Wong Nai Chung Gap Road

• Bus 6 / 66 can directly go to Central / Admiralty
• Bus 1A can directly go to Exhibition Centre Station
• Bus 41A can go to North Point

Responsibilities:

• Carry out full range of accounting functions such as data entries, schedules, reconciliations, account payables/receivables processing
• Preparation of Members’ billing and verification of supporting documents
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing and reporting, costing, inventory stock count & valuation
• Answer billing enquires and solving Members’ problems
• Update bank reconciliation
• Handle full-set of accounts independently
• Other ad-hoc duties may be required from time to time

Job Requirements:

• High Diploma holder in Accounting or LCCI Higher Certificate
• 3-5 years relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Office (excel and word)
• Good team player and able to work under pressure
• Experience in hospitality industry is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
