Responsibilities:

-負責小紅書/Facebook/TikTok等新媒體平台的帳號運營,包括內容策略、方案撰寫、粉絲運營、數據分析等。
Responsible for the account operations of social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu/Facebook/TikTok, including content strategy, plan writing, fan operations, and data analysis.

-熟悉短視頻創作流程,協調執行團隊輸出具有較高傳播度的短視頻內容,主導所在行業熱點。
Familiar with the short video creation process, coordinate and execute the team to output short video content with relatively high dissemination, and lead the industry's hot spots.

-熟悉海外平台分發模式,提升帳號內容曝光量、內容互動率及粉絲數量。
Familiar with the overseas platform distribution model, increase the exposure of account content, content interaction rate, and fan quantity.

-對日常運營數據進行監控,並能夠做出數據分析,對帳號的產出結果負責。
Monitor daily operation data and be able to conduct data analysis, and be responsible for the output results of the account.

-洞察品牌的需求和痛點,結合跟進品牌營銷策略與目標、協同品牌推廣活動,策劃線上活動。
Understand the needs and pain points of the brand, combine the follow-up of the brand marketing strategy and goals, and collaborate on brand promotion activities to plan online activities.

-腦洞大,有耐心,有野心,具有較強的創作創意策劃能力,文案功底過硬。
