(Senior) Engineering Supervisor (高級)工程主管

Roles and Responsibilities 職責:

• Supervise the team to provide quality services on the maintenance and the repairing of various hotel fixture, equipment, plants and various systems to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the hotel;
  領導團隊為酒店提供優質維修及保養服務，包括各類裝置、設施、機器及不同類型系統等，以確保酒店運作安全及暢順；
• Co-ordinate and monitor the standard of work carried out by outside contractors engaged by the hotel to ensure that it meets the agreed quality in a timely manner;
  與外判商緊密溝通並監督其工作品質及進度，以確保工作能按時完成並符合酒店標準；
• Ensure the compliance of all government regulations. All safety and emergency procedures are in place and all safety policies are followed by the team as well as the outside contractors;
  確保團隊和外判商均遵守所有政府法規和安全政策，並切實執行所有安全及緊急程序與指引；
• Identify and report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries;
  檢查及報告任何有關維修問題、安全隱患、事故或受傷；
• Co-ordinate with other departments to achieve operational effectiveness; and
  與不同部門團隊緊密合作，以達致高效率營運；及
• Perform any ad hoc assignments as required.
  協助執行被分派的其他工作任務。

Requirements 入職要求:

• With relevant experience in E&M system including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Services and ELV system;
  具有機電工程包括空氣調節系統、電力系統、管道及排水系統、消防系統及特低壓電系統等相關工作經驗；
• Preferably with relevant experience in hotel industry / property management services;
  具有酒店業 / 物業管理相關工作經驗者會優先考慮；
• Possess the certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A);
  持有註冊電業工程人員A級牌照；
• Self-motivated, efficient, independent and well-organized;
  主動、高效率、獨立及具組織能力；
• Strong in leadership with good problem solving and analytical thinking skills;
  具有良好的領導能力、解難能力及分析能力；
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; and
  具備良好的溝通技巧和人際關係技巧；及
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the role of Engineering Supervisor.
  具有較少工作經驗者，可被考慮為高級工程主管。
