District Head Baker（分區西式麵包烘焙主管）

主要職責：

• 負責來貨出品品質檢查，制定並控制產品成本預算  
• 培訓、示範及指導各店舖麵包烘焙主管製作流程，並監督及確保產品品質穩定  
• 定期調查市場需求及顧客口味偏好，進行產品改良  
• 定期巡視分店，檢查製作水平，提供提升及改善建議  
• 持續改進現有產品，確保出品品質符合公司標準  

Responsibilities:

• Enhance existing products on a regular basis to meet the company's quality and budget requirements
• Responsible for training, demonstrating, and supervising bakers in different areas regarding production processes, while monitoring and ensuring the stability of product quality
• Investigate market trends and customer taste preferences constantly to implement product improvements
• Ensure safety procedures and hygiene standards for all projects
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

入職要求：

• 具備至少5年麵包烘焙行業產品製作及分店管理經驗  
• 中五或以上學歷，具備基本中、英文讀寫能力及良好的溝通技巧  
• 持有食品安全及職業安全健康相關證書者優先考慮  

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Baking and Bakery Management
• Form 5 graduate or above, with basic reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English
• Presentable, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
