Responsibilities:
- Provide all administrative and clerical support to C&B Team
- Assist in monthly payroll processing, final payment handling, attendance & leave administration
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date employee database through regular maintenance and record updates
- Assist in the planning and implementing various recreation activities
- Handles employee requests and answers benefits inquiries
- Participate in ad hoc projects and perform other assigned duties
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, preferably in HR discipline
- At least 1-2 years of solid experience in Human Resources, preferably with sizable organizations
- Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related ordinances
- Proficiency in MS Office application (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
- Co-operative, meticulous and detail-minded
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
- Immediately available is highly preferred
