Responsibilities:

  • Provide all administrative and clerical support to C&B Team
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing, final payment handling, attendance & leave administration
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date employee database through regular maintenance and record updates
  • Assist in the planning and implementing various recreation activities
  • Handles employee requests and answers benefits inquiries
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and perform other assigned duties

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above, preferably in HR discipline
  • At least 1-2 years of solid experience in Human Resources, preferably with sizable organizations
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related ordinances
  • Proficiency in MS Office application (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Co-operative, meticulous and detail-minded
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
