Customer Officer, Overnight Shift

Your role

• To provide professional concierge and customer services to clients via phone call, email and livechat
• To handle customer enquiries or complaints globally, offer one-stop resolution and fulfill customer requests
• To grasp any opportunities to sell or retain customers via phone call/ email
• To manage communication with customers in a friendly, professional & courteous manner
• To resolve customer complaints, establish relationships with customers, learning their preferences
• To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• Shift duty within 20:30 - 06:00 / 00:00 - 09:00 (with shift allowance)

To succeed in this role

• HKCEE / DSE graduate or above
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Customer-oriented, Good communication skills & problem-solving skills
• Knowledge on mobile products and services is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
