Responsibilities
● Issue of customer receipts for residential properties tenant & intercompany charges & invoices
● Input sales voucher and G/L voucher.
● Handle full set account of small company
● Keep fixed assets registers; calculation of monthly depreciation amount
● Assist Allocated data to consolidated AC & ad hoc
Requirements
● Diploma graduate in Accounting or a related discipline.
● Possession of LCCI Higher Level qualification
● Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, financial formulas) is a mandatory requirement.
● Experience with Flex accounting software is a distinct advantage
● Fluency in English,Mandarin, and Cantonese to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.- Self-motivated, mature, and responsible with the ability to work independently and under pressure
● Immediate availability is highly preferred.
