[工作時間及模式可議] 負責為客戶提供日常 IT 技術支援,包括電腦、網絡設備、會議系統及基本硬件支援。需到客戶辦公室提供 onsite support,協助設備安裝、故障排除及一般 technical support 工作。部分時間需協助 remote support、datacenter smart hands 及其他 IT 項目支援工作。

- Windows / Printer / Office 365 基本支援
- Laptop setup / deploy
- 協助處理 user 電腦問題
- 基本 network / WiFi troubleshooting
要求:
- 懂 Windows 電腦操作
- 有 IT support / Helpdesk 經驗優先
- Fresh Grad / 無經驗但有興趣都歡迎
- 懂基本英文
- 守時、有責任感
工作地點:
港九新界客戶辦公室(視乎項目安排)
工作時間:
星期一至五 / 長短週(可議)
薪金:
視乎經驗而定(歡迎提出期望薪金)

Requirements:
