物流熱線客戶服務主任（全職）
地點：九龍灣
工作時間：星期一至日 (輪班: 07:30 – 22:30 (每天大約9小時; 反5日)
月薪：HK$ 14000 -15000 + 輪班津貼 + 獎勵; OT 有津貼
職責：
• 處理投訴
• 通過電話提供客戶服務及解答查詢
• 處理貨物 tracing
工作環境：服務中心，室內，有空調，有休息室
要求：負責任，良好中英文溝通
