Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential corporate customers to promote our services
- Build rapport with customers, understand their business needs
- Handle sales appointment and to achieve sales target
- Handle customer enquiries in a professional manner
Requirements
- DSE graduated or above
- 2 - 3 year Telesales / Telemarketer experience
- Positive and ambitious
- Highly persuasive, self-motivated, self-confident and customer service oriented
- Customer-oriented and strong communication skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
