Responsibilities:
- Cross-sell retail banking products and make referrals to relevant staff
- Maintain long-term and positive relationship with customers to gain referral opportunities
- Identify prospective customers in order to sell integrated financial services and other general banking products, such as account opening, mortgages and insuranc
- Handle customer enquiries and provide quality services to customers
- 轉介及交叉銷售銀行產品給有需要的客戶
- 與客戶建立良好關係
- 達到銷售目標
- 提供優質客戶服務
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline AND HKCEE/HKDSE or above, with 5 subjects, including Chinese, English and Mathematics, at Level 2/Attained/Grade E or above
- Fresh university graduates is welcomed
- Relevant experience in banking industry is an advantage
- Strong desire to develop their career path in banking industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, Self-motivated and result oriented
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage- 無經驗者不拘 歡迎fresh grad
- 大學畢業 (有客戶服務及銀行經驗更佳)
流利粵語、有良好溝通及表達能力
