Job Responsibilities
- Leverage the Group’s healthcare network and maximize brand exposure and increase brand visibility via online network marketing services and mobile apps
- Assist in creative and copywriting for online marketing materials such as social media news feed, banners, images, videos and eDM
- Support website maintenance work including services and promotion updates, announcements, etc.
- Leverage analytics tools to evaluate effectiveness of campaigns across all channels
- Utilize the latest marketing trends, conduct market research and analyze market intelligence to facilitate services competitiveness improvement
- Identify cross-promotion opportunities and organize partnership programs to grow business as well as to increase revenue
- Assist in the marketing campaigns such as healthcare product launches, opening ceremonies of new clinics, health talks, health screening programs, vaccination programs, etc.
- Work closely with the in-house designer in preparing promotional materials such as posters, catalogs, leaflets, mailers and other POP materials
- Support ad hoc duties as and when required
Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Creative Media or related disciplines with marketing experience, preferably gained in medical or healthcare industries
- Solid experience in online marketing with sound knowledge of SEO, social media platforms & mobile apps development
- Excellent project management & problem-solving skills with high integrity & commercial sense
- Able to work with various people in different capacities and good at collaboration
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
* Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Officer
