  • Welcomes and greets guests and escorts them to the assigned rooms
  • Maintain and enhance quality service and comfort to all guests
  • Managing and supervising of the Guest Service
  • Ensure Front Desk operational effectiveness, guest satisfaction as well as the profitability of the hotel
