Responsibilities:
- Welcomes and greets guests and escorts them to the assigned rooms
- Maintain and enhance quality service and comfort to all guests
- Managing and supervising of the Guest Service
- Ensure Front Desk operational effectiveness, guest satisfaction as well as the profitability of the hotel
