What’s in it for you:

  • Responsible for Accounts payable functions, including vendor invoices and staff claims handling, review of AP transactions in ERP, verification of invoices and preparation of payments
  • Answer vendor enquiry on details of payment and status
  • Assist in the preparation of Journal vouchers, bank reconciliations and balance sheet schedules
  • Assist in month-end closing, management reporting and statutory audit
  • Perform ad-hoc duties when required

What we are looking for:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Accountancy or related disciplines
  • 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting
  • Knowledge in ERP (SAP & AP automation tools will be an advantage)
  • Good computer knowledge including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.)
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded, ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written in Cantonese and English
  • Immediate available is a definite advantage
