Job Info
What’s in it for you:
- Responsible for Accounts payable functions, including vendor invoices and staff claims handling, review of AP transactions in ERP, verification of invoices and preparation of payments
- Answer vendor enquiry on details of payment and status
- Assist in the preparation of Journal vouchers, bank reconciliations and balance sheet schedules
- Assist in month-end closing, management reporting and statutory audit
- Perform ad-hoc duties when required
What we are looking for:
- Higher Diploma or above in Accountancy or related disciplines
- 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting
- Knowledge in ERP (SAP & AP automation tools will be an advantage)
- Good computer knowledge including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.)
- Self-motivated, detail-minded, ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written in Cantonese and English
- Immediate available is a definite advantage
