Responsibilities / 工作內容

  • Provide quality services including but not limited to ticketing & reservation services through telephone and emails
  • 透過電話及電郵提供專業客戶服務,包括但不限於門票及預約服務
  • Offer immediate assistances towards complaints
  • 及時處理投訴電話及個案

Working Hours & Location / 工作時間及地點

  • Monday to Sunday 9:00am – 9:00pm (5-day work week, 8.5 working hours per day)
  • 星期一至日輪班 上午9時至下午9時 (5天工作,每天8.5小時)
  • Sheung Wan (Nearby MTR station)
  • 上環 (地鐵站步行5分鐘)

Requirements / 學歷及其他要求

  • HKCEE/HKDSE or above
  • HKCEE/HKDSE 或以上學歷
  • Fresh Graduates are also welcome; candidates with 1-year or above CS experience is preferred
  • 歡迎應屆畢業生申請,具備一年以上客戶服務相關經驗優先
  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • 流利粵語, 良好英語及普通話
