Leasing Officer

We are a Private Real Estate Company focusing on commercial and retail property investment. Our portfolio mainly includes Grade A Office Building and other retail properties in busiest areas. To cope with our growth, we are now looking for high caliber to join our team:

Job Duties:

• Handle daily leasing activities such as answering agents’ enquiries, property inspection, tenancy negotiation and administration with related parties
• Coordinate with internal and external parties on premises handover and takeover, manage tenants fitting-out works and ad hoc duties
• Conduct Tenant Mix Analysis and  market research to understand the current rental rates, demand, and competition in the area
• Marketing and advertising properties to attract potential tenants,  and implement marketing plan to achieve the annual commercial goals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.  Develop good relationship with both clients and property agents
• Support the Department on administrative duties

 Basic requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Property Management/ real estate /marketing-related disciplines;
• 3 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent business acumen and commercial sense
• Proactive, positive working attitude and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications e.g. Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer
