Account Manager / Executive 

CapraTech is a team of certified developers with extensive experience. Our expertise also includes digital transformation solutions for companies major in Hong Kong of various sizes. We’re looking for account manager to service our key clients and coordinate with the production team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationship with existing and potential clients
• Collaborate with sales team and production to achieve client satisfaction
• On-going application support to client
• Provide professional advice to clients and offer excellent after-sales service
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, able to communicate clearly and influence both internal and external parties.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in IT Sales / Account Management 
• Excellent communication ability and good interpersonal skill
• Good command of spoken Cantonese and English 
• Willingness to learn and interest in IT solutions
• Self-motivated, independent and well-organized with strong problem-solving skills
• Fresh graduate with interest in IT industry will also be consider as Account Executive
