Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily office administrative support including but not limited to office renovation & fitting-out work, repairs & maintenance of office equipment, office supplies & name card printing, vendor service & insurance management, document filing management etc.;
  • Supervise the office admin team including Receptionist, Office Assistants and Drivers to ensure smooth daily operations of the office;
  • Review, formulate and implement administration policies and procedures;
  • Assist to prepare reports, statistics summary, etc.;
  • License renewal and arrange repair and maintenance works for company vehicle;
  • Support for relocation and major events; 
  • Assist outdoor assignments occasionally and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Holder of Diploma or above;
  • Minimum 3-5 years' relevant working experience gaining in sizable organizations;
  • Mature, Detail-oriented, high sense of responsibility;
  • Self-motivated, outgoing, independent and well-organized;
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good spoken and written English and Cantonese;
  • Holder of valid Hong Kong driving license (Class 1, 2) is preferred;
  • Immediately available is an advantage.
