Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite / remote support to IT related issues, i.e. infrastructure, systems and network, server, software, and hardware, etc
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
- Perform various IT projects such as hardware installation, inventory checking, OS migration, office relocation
- Other IT related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years relevant working experience in Field service will be highly preferred
- Knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and configurations, Windows and MAC OS
- Knowledge of Networking in both design and provisioning
- Troubleshooting skills for Desktop/WIFI/printers/office applications
- Self-motivated, good communication skill and capable to work under pressure
- Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
- More experience will be considered as Senior Engineer/ System Engineer
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
